Aprox., from Huesca 25 min., from Pamplona 1h. 15 min. <br \/>Pay attention when you have come to Huesca and take\u00a0the Pamplona direction as Ayerbe and not Pamplona for Jaca. The XVIth, preserves the character intimate and relaxed with a great inducement in its\u00a0interior: the restaurant.<\/p><p>It has 12 rooms, 10 doubles and 2 individuals but very comfortable.<\/p><p>But, if to stay in the hospice is a luxury with scope of all, to sit down in the tables of\u00a0its restaurant it is not less. In this hospice a up-to-day cuisine is practised by a few Aragonese plates of classic style together with others of cuisine\u00a0more creative that go from the cream of bisaltos with roast onion, quenelle of new potato, and ox of sea, rib cage of roast lamb and its\u00a0little leg of fragrant wine or sole sweetened with saut\u00e9 sea crabs, fried chick-peas and reducion of\u00a0red
